Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered May 8, 2023, and for an extension of time to perfect,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate a dismissal is dismissed as unnecessary, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 28, 2025, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
