Respondent-appellant having applied for a waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered August 12, 2025,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Charu Narang, Esq., 224 Surrey Hill Way, Rochester, New York 14623, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Wayne County Family Court Clerk provide Charu Narang, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
