Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 16, 2015. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 6, 2024.
