Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 28, 2024. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of said judgment, and to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail, which was determined by me in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2025.
