ORDERED that the order on certification dated July 2, 2025, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Edwin A. Umanzor Nolasco from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 28, 2025. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Michael Kaszubsk, dated April 21, 2025, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:
