Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 19, 2024. Renewed motion by the appellant pro se for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and to assign counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel for the period of June 4, 2020, through August 8, 2023, in the Supreme Court, Queens County, and the amount and source of counsel fees paid to counsel referenced in paragraph 3 of the appellant's affidavit.
