Appeals from an order and an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 22, 2024, and August 22, 2024, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay the sale of the subject property and to stay the enforcement of the order and judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the sale of the subject property and enforcement of the order and judgment are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
