Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 15, 2023, and September 13, 2022, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated June 11, 2025. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals from the orders on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of the judgment. Application by the appellant Channie Aron, in effect, to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by the appellant Channie Aron is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders, and the appeal from the judgment will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
