Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated November 17, 2022 (two orders), and October 4, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated November 17, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-10722. Separate motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated October 4, 2023. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to change the venue of the Family Court proceedings from Richmond County, New York, to Bergen County, New Jersey. Cross-motion by the respondent, inter alia, to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic. Motion by Cefalu Law LLC for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant on the appeals from the order dated November 17, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-10722, and the order dated October 4, 2023.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions by the appellant and the papers filed in opposition thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the cross-motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Cefalua Law LLC and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the cross-motion by the respondent is granted to the extent that the appeals are dismissed, without costs and disbursements, on the ground that they have been rendered academic, and the cross-motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions by the appellant and the motion by Cefalua Law LLC are denied as academic.
