Motion by appellant to compel this court to issue a decision on a motion returnable May 22, 2025 for leave to reargue or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order which decided an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 22, 2024.
