Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Dianne O'Connor and Carmine Ciccolella, Jr., as executors of the estate of Carmine Ciccolella, are substituted for the deceased Carmine Ciccolella, and the caption is amended accordingly.
