ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated September 5, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 10, 2025, is amended by deleting from title of the order thereof the words "SCHEDULING ORDER" and substituting therefor the title "ORDER ON CERTIFICATION ASSIGNMENT OF COUNSEL."
