ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated September 24, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 30, 2025, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the word "Kings" and substituting therefor the word "Nassau."
