(Docket No. V-1130-2019)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated August 14, 2023.

By order to show cause dated July 16, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that it has been rendered academic, and/or is superseded by an order of the same court dated November 8, 2023.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
