Appeal by Lana Kaye from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 17, 2024. Motion by the respondent to strike stated portions of the appellant's brief on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record. Cross-motion by the appellant to impose sanctions upon the respondent and for an award of attorneys' fees.
