DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Westchester County from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 12, 2024. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 23, 2025, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeal on or before May 23, 2025. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal. By order to show cause dated August 20, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
