| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 7, 2025. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order is granted and enforcement of so much of the order as directs the transfer of the action from the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to the District Court, Nassau County, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is denied.
