Appeal and cross-appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 12, 2021. Application by Hilda Caceres, as administrator of the estate of Ricardo Caceres, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased plaintiff-respondent-appellant Ricardo Caceres, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Hilda Caceres, as administrator of the estate of Ricardo Caceres, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff respondent-appellant Ricardo Caceres, and the caption is amended accordingly.
