DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 12, 2020. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 27, 2023, the appellant was directed to serve and file a replacement appendix which is properly paginated and contains proper headings on or before January 26, 2024. The appellant has not filed the replacement appendix. By order to show cause dated June 16, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed for failing to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 27, 2023.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
