DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated July 31, 2024. Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute the appeal. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
