DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 11, 2025. Motion by the appellants-respondents to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross-appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of so much of the order as permits the respondent-appellant to have supervised visitation and Facetime calls with the subject children is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross-appeal.
