Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 20, 2021. Motion by Lillian B. Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust, Lillian Spelman-Brown Revocable Trust, and Kim St. Amant, as executor of the estate of Lillian B. Spelman-Brown to substitute Kim St. Amant-Brown, as executor of the estate of Lillian B. Spelman-Brown, for the deceased appellant Lillian B. Spelman, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the appellant Lillian B. Spelman-Brown.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to renew upon proper papers, including permanent letters testamentary appointing an executor of the estate of the deceased appellant.
