Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 20, 2024, January 29, 2025, and January 22, 2025, respectively. Motion by the respondents to strike the record and the appellant's brief on the ground that the record is inadequate. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal of the orders.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the respondents is denied as premature, as the appeals have not been perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellants is denied.
