ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 14, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 31, 2022, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the word "respondents" and substituting therefor the words "respondent Adrian Cutting," and by deleting the words "Application by the appellant" and substituting therefor the words "Application by the appellants."
