DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to vacate a stay granted by decision and order of this court dated February 6, 2025 on an appeal from a final judgment of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, entered February 1, 2024, and for an order directing appellants to provide access to make repairs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
In the order to show cause signed by this court on June 24, 2025, appellants were directed, pending the determination of this motion, to "provide access upon twenty-four (24) hour's email or personal notice . . . for the purpose of inspecting and repairing the plumbing fixtures . . . to cure the leak." Respondent has not informed this court that it gave such notice and was provided such access.
