Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 10, 2024, and March 14, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellants Neil Lurie Trust, Susan Lurie Trust, and Leila Lurie Trust to substitute Susan Lurie, as preliminary executor of the estate of Abraham Lurie, for the deceased appellant Abraham Lurie, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the appellant Abraham Lurie.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon proper papers, including letters testamentary appointing an executor for the estate of the deceased appellant Abraham Lurie.
