| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 3, 2020. Motion by the appellants Paul Malkan, Jr. and Paul J. Malkan to substitute Paul J. Malkan, as personal representative of the estate of Kathryn Malkan, for the deceased appellant, Kathryn Malkan, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the appellant Kathryn Malkan.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Paul J. Malkan, as the personal representative of the estate of Kathryn Malkan, is substituted for the deceased appellant, Kathryn Malkan, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Kathryn Malkan is vacated.
