DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 6, 2025. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the grounds that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party and that the appeal was untimely taken.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is dismissed, without costs and disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
