Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from an order of the County Court, Seneca County, entered June 2, 2025,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon the filing and service of a new motion which includes, among other things, a supplemental affidavit that describes appellant's current living arrangements and the method by which the costs for food, clothing, shelter, and medical care are met for herself and the dependents in her household, and clarifies how the expenses disclosed exceeds the income disclosed.
