Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered April 18, 2024, July 12, 2024 and September 6, 2024, and other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion seeking an extension of time to file a reply brief to 64 West Chippewa, Associates LLC, Matthew Downan, Patrick Jankowski, Mason King and 64 Franklin, Inc. is granted and the time is extended to October 20, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion seeking an extension of time to file a reply brief to Benjamin Rydzik is dismissed as premature.
