Cross appellant Nicholas J. Macrina having moved to vacate the dismissal of the cross appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered November 18, 2024, and the Attorney for the Child having cross moved for an extension of time to file a responsive brief with respect to the appeal and cross appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that cross appellant files an answering brief in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (f) (1) (iv) on or before October 14, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that together with the answering brief, cross appellant shall file a supplemental record on appeal consisting of the notice of cross appeal with proof of filing and service, and the Clerk is directed to accept such supplemental record for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is granted and the time for the Attorney for the Child to file a brief is extended to November 13, 2025.
