Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered June 20, 2024. Motion by the appellant for the assignment of a Spanish interpreter to assist in the preparation of a brief.

ORDERED that an interpreter will be assigned upon designation by the Administrator for the Nassau County 18-B Panel, pursuant to County Law § 722.
