DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated October 15, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to remand the subject children to the care and custody of the appellant and, in effect, to direct that the respondent Debra B. have visits with the subject children supervised or otherwise approved by the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the subject children Melvina J., Josiah J. C., Julius C., and Jayden C., are remanded to the care and custody of the appellant, and the respondent Debra B. shall have visitation with the subject children supervised by a court-approved supervisor, which may include the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
