Appeal by Samantha E. Farber from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 20, 2024. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2025, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeal on or before July 9, 2025. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal. By order to show cause dated August 20, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2025.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2025.
