It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to dismiss the petition is denied without prejudice and leave to renew the arguments set forth in support of and, in opposition to the motion in the briefs that remain outstanding and at oral argument, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file an answer is granted on the condition that respondent files and serves an answer on or before November 10, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner's brief shall be filed and served on or before December 10, 2025, and
