Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered December 13, 2024, for an order directing Family Court to certify and settle a complete record on appeal, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 12, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is in all other respects denied.
