| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent pursuant to CPLR 2221, in effect, for leave to reargue a disciplinary proceeding against him, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated December 24, 2024, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on April 29, 1986. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 24, 2024, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, effective January 23, 2025 (see Matter of Chittur, 235 AD3d 5).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
