| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 25, 2025, March 7, 2023, July 21, 2023, and October 6, 2023, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated March 7, 2023, and October 6, 2023, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from orders issued ex parte (see CPLR 5701, 5704); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated July 21, 2023, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 and article 8 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
