DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, both dated July 12, 2024. Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute the appeals. The appellant's motion for assignment of counsel was granted on November 4, 2024, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and said assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
