(Index No. 525982/2019)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an unsigned order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 5, 2025. By order to show cause dated August 11, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from an unsigned order.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 2219; 5701).
DUFFY, J.P., WOOTEN, HOM and GOLDBERG VELAZQUEZ, JJ., concur.
