Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated August 23, 2024.

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before November 14, 2025; and it is further,
