Motion by appellant for leave to file a late notice of appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered December 9, 2024. Separate motion by appellant to accept appellant's notice of appeal as timely.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied as moot, as no proof has been presented to this court that the June 2, 2025 amended notice of appeal was served and filed after the statutory deadline from service of the judgment with notice of its entry (see CPLR 5513 [a]).
