Motion by appellant for a stay pending determination of an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, Third District, dated June 13, 2025
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the order is automatically stayed pending determination of the appeal (see Agriculture and Markets Law § 123 [5] [b]); and it is further,
ORDERED on the court's own motion, that the subject dog shall remain confined in the kennel where it is currently placed, or, if not presently confined, placed in a kennel forthwith, pending the determination of this appeal.
