Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 10, 2025. The appeal by Shorefront YM-YWHA of Brighton-Manhattan Beach, Inc. was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants UJA of Greater New York, Inc., UJA-Federation of New York, and United Jewish Appeal-Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York, Inc. to extend the time to perfect their appeal.
