Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 15, 2024. Motion by the appellant for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses. Separate motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the record and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701), and we decline to grant leave to appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions by the appellant are denied as academic.
