Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated October 2, 2024, and an amended judgment of the same court dated August 27, 2024. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that no appeal lies from judgments entered upon the default of the appealing party.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are dismissed (see CPLR 5511), without costs or disbursements.
