Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered July 12, 2022. Motion by the respondent, in effect, to strike certain material filed in this Court by the appellant and stated portions of the appellant's brief on the ground that the material is dehors the record and the appellant's brief refers to matter dehors the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to strike certain material filed in this Court by the appellant is granted, and the birth certificate of the appellant is stricken; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
