Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 10, 2024.
Application by the appellants to substitute Afrodite Stoilas, as administrator of the estate of Georgios Stoilas, for the deceased respondent Georgios Stoilas, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Afrodite Stoilas, as administrator of the
estate of Georgios Stoilas, is substituted for the deceased respondent Georgios Stoilas, and the caption is amended accordingly.
