Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered November 24, 2020. Motion by the respondent to limit appellant's access to certain materials, including the transcripts of the proceedings, being provided to appellant to prepare a pro se supplemental brief, and, in effect, to seal the record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the original papers and transcripts filed in connection with the appeal are marked confidential and may not be viewed by the public, but may be viewed by counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to the appeal, and the appellant, together with counsel appearing on appellant's behalf; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's attorney is not himself, or through anyone else, to provide to any other persons, including the appellant, the original papers and transcripts filed in connection with the appeal or copies thereof, in whole or part; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant may view the original papers and transcripts filed in connection with the appeal with his attorney, but may not retain the materials or copies thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
