2025-06204 The People, etc., respondent, v Marco J. Guaman-Nasqui, appellant. (Ind. No. 73267/2023)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 25, 2025. By order to show cause dated May 30, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated April 25, 2025, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
BARROS, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, LANDICINO and LOVE, JJ., concur.
